Investment Consulting Performance Analyst

DiMeo Schneider & Associates is hiring an organized and ambitious professional for the position of Performance Analyst.  The primary responsibility will be calculating, verifying and reconciling performance returns by assessing bank custodial statements to produce monthly and quarterly performance reports. The individual must be capable of determining the appropriate market benchmarks for a variety of investments.  The candidate will facilitate troubleshooting and problem resolution through contact with money managers and custodians. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial concepts, strong analytical ability, organizational skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  Candidates should also possess strong writing skills.  The appropriate take-charge individual will find this position to be challenging and rewarding.  Our fast paced environment provides significant opportunity for career advancement and professional stimulation.

List of key needs/requirements in a candidate

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
• Strong writing skills
• Outgoing and comfortable presenting to groups, both internal and external. 
• Knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income and alternative investments.
• Hard working professional with a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience within the financial industry. Investment consulting or investment management industry experience a plus.
