One of our core beliefs is that first-hand research is an essential component of any effective investment process.  We follow a rigorous team-based investment research approach.  Our team of research professionals evaluates investment strategies and money managers.  We conduct due diligence reviews at our Chicago location and on-site at the manager's offices.

The firm's Investment Committee sets all investment policies for the firm, establishes the framework for asset allocation, and approves investment managers.
