DiMeo Schneider seeks a dedicated, resourceful, and analytical IT Analyst to join our team in Windsor, CT. This role assumes responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the tools and technology within DiMeo Schneider’s enterprise systems. The IT Analyst possesses knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting. This role adds value to our colleagues through excellent problem-solving, client service, and prioritization skills. The IT Analyst will join a collaborative and growing Information Technology Team.

Job Functions

• Ensure data in enterprise systems (Dynamics CRM, Backstop, RedBlack) is periodically audited and reviewed for data quality
• Ensure data is classified correctly and connected to other secondary systems
• Create analytical reports and dashboards on key data points
• Collaborate with colleagues to collect and analyze data
• Structure large data sets to find useable information
• Research, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve outstanding IT issues
• Maintain inventories of internal DiMeo Schneider technology resources
• Determine requirements for process and system improvements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Various Information Technology tasks and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred concentration in computer science, data analytics, or project management
• Two (2) to five (5) years of information technology or relevant work experience
• Previous Dynamics CRM, Backstop, and RedBlack experience is a plus
• Inquisitive, curious, and resourceful problem-solver
• Able to explain technical terms and processes in a simple way
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required
• Thoughtfully driven, accountable, and able to check your ego

Travel Requirements

• Less than 5% travel for training and business events

Work Environment

• This role works in a professional office environment located in Windsor, CT (tentatively remote, due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers
