Retirement Plans

The most significant retirement plan legislation in over a dozen years was just signed into law! The SECURE Act has many moving parts that address:
-Auto enrollment safe harbor deferral cap
-Safe harbor guidance for lifetime income
-Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) age
